How The Application Process Works

General process for central scheme subsidy applications via the Agri Mechanization DBT portal. Your state may have additional or slightly different steps.

1 Visit the Central Agri Mechanization DBT Portal (agrimachinery.nic.in)

2 Register and select your applicant category

3 Upload the required documents

4 Submit the application and note your Reference ID

5 District Agriculture Officer verifies the application

6 Receive an approval notification

7 Purchase the drone from a DGCA-approved vendor

8 Upload the purchase invoice and photographs

9 A field officer conducts physical verification

10 Subsidy amount is transferred directly to your bank account
